What does the Heaven Above shirt mean?

"But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him." Luke 12:5 (KJV)

Jesus said: fear him who, after he has killed, has authority to cast into hell (Luke 12:5). The man who fears God has nothing left to fear from anyone else. The sword points down, so it reads as a cross: judgment and salvation in one object. The Celtic triquetra on the cross guard stands for the triune God who holds that authority. It is reverence, the kind of faith that does not flinch.
